A Room in the City is located in a former convent in the city center of San Sebastian, our hostel opens its doors to provide a cozy environment to sleep and meet other travelers, offering the perfect base camp to explore the city. The hostel is located right in the heart of San Sebastian, just within a 3 minute walk to La Concha beach, a short walk to La Zurriola surf beach and a 10 minutes seaside walk to the Old Town, the main hub for nightlife and great food. Calle Easo is in the historical centre of the city, the main shopping area and a nice neighborhood to walk along big avenues and pedestrians streets with plenty of terraces to chill out on and beautiful art nouveau buildings. A room in the city offers shared dorms and also private rooms in a beautifully decorated house with equipment to have a meal or coffee. The rooms are spacious and with natural light.  Common facilities include,living room, library/TV/Computer room and a dining room equipped with microwave, toasters, kettles, fridge, dishes, cutlery, cups and glasses

Arrizul Center Hotel is a small and charming hotel, located in front of the Kursaal Congress Center. Unlike other hotels in San Sebastian, it is located on the first line of the beach. Its location, just meters from Old Town and city center, allows immediate walking access to the "tapas" bars and shopping area. This charming hotel was opened in July 2007. There are 12 rooms.

The excellent location of the Hotel Arrizul Center allows you to see, during the Film Festival of San Sebastian, the artists entering and leaving the Kursaal Palace. A familiar image are surfers with wetsuits and surfboards coming from or going to the Zurriola beach. We can also see pilgrims; the Camino de Santiago - Way of St. James- passes in front of the hotel.

A canoe ride on the river Urumea, passing under the bridges linking the two banks will allow you to enjoy the most beautiful views of San Sebastian and see some of the most spectacular buildings in the city.

Uba House is the San Sebastian City Council's response to the growing demand for alternative accommodation in our city, just like most European cities As simple, cheap and modern accommodation, Uba House will offer visitors similar services to a top youth hostel. Located 4km from the centre of San Sebastian, standing in a 17,000 m2 plot on the south slopes of Ametzagaina Park, Uba House is a four storey, eco-design building with over 700m2 of useful surface area per floor. Common areas take up much of the space inside the building, along with 196 beds arranged in different types of room: doubles, quadruples, etc. The building's hot water and heating needs are covered by a biomass boiler and photovoltaic panels that reduce contaminating emissions in an environment surrounded by vegetation. People who come to surf or do any other water sport will have a place to store their equipment and different accessibility solutions are currently being worked on with agents from the Surf City Donostia cluster in order to make it easier to transport people and their baggage.
